www.stockport.gov.uk	This is the web site of one of the local borough councils which controls most of this area (Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Davenport etc.).
www.macclesfield.gov.uk	This is the web site of one of the local borough councils which control this area (Woodford, Poynton etc.).
www.cheshire.gov.uk/educ/home/htm	This site provides a link to the Local Authority Education website which should be able to answer most of your queries relating to the local schools.
www.isis.org.uk	This site is specifically about independent schooling of which there are a number locally.
www.upmystreet.co.uk	It was our discovery of this site which made us do away with compiling our own in-house local services brochure at the branches. It really is incredibly comprehensive and once you have established the post code of the place that you want to be near or, ‘find the nearest -------' our experience is that you are provided with massive local information and services. A good site to have in your ‘favourites’.
	Another one of these useful sites which offers an excellent free service. Use this free site to pass on your new address to your gas, water and electricity companies, the government, your financial services and subscriptions or any one of nearly 1000 services listed.
	Again another useful tool that links you with a number of companies which are associated with our agency, via the advertising in our free quarterly property guide and other marketing events.
www.multimap.com	There is already a link to this site automatically within the property search feature of our web site. However this is another one of those really useful and post code specific tools. Just fill in the post code of the property concerned and up pops your map display, digital aerial photograph with zoom feature and other useful links as well.
